- Cash, Check, credit card via Square (3.5% charge), Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and Apple Pay
- Wall-to-wall carpets and Rugs will take 12-24 hours to dry. Upholstery and mattresses will dry in 4-12 hours. Depending on density, humidity, and outside help (fans or air movers) these times can vary
- Carpets that need restretching will react to water. As they dry they will lay flat again and become unnoticeable. If this issue persists once everything has dried contact us
- A room of carpet takes us 20-30 minutes. This can change considerably depending on the square footage, amount of soiling, or stain spotting treatments
- Stains that are caused by age (fading or sun bleaching) and discoloration (bleach is an example of this) cannot be removed. Our technicians do their best to determine if this will be the case prior to cleaning but there are stains that can only truly be tested by trial and error.
- While we ask that you move everything prior to our appointment. Small items and pieces of furniture that can easily be moved are always removed prior to cleaning by our team. Larger items need to be mentioned to us before the appointment and a charge of $40 will be applied for moving furniture over 100lbs. We will not move pianos, cabinets, beds, dressers, or pool tables,
- While it is recommended and can greatly help with the cleaning, vacuuming is not required. If needed our technicians will vacuum before the cleaning
- We use a process called water extraction to clean carpets. Instead of using hot water that can damage carpets, we choose the temperature ourselves ( from cold to hot) depending on the fabric and rely on our products to break down dirt and grease to get your carpets looking renewed. Everything is rinsed at the end leaving your carpets looking great and free of allergens, dirt, and any bacteria.
- Yes! For an additional $10 charge we offer citrus, spice, fresh linen, apple, blueberry muffin, and vanilla scents. Our standard cleaning comes with a fresh yet non-overwhelming clean smell
- Everyone charges differently and you will always get a different level of quality. We are a small company focused heavily on quality cleanings and customer satisfaction. Our services include a pre-vacuuming as needed, a pretreatment formula to break down dirt, and a thorough rinse with both detergents and water, and comes with a satisfaction guarantee. Our technicians are knowledgeable and are trained to get the job done right. We never subcontract!
